Regent To Acquire Avon North America

Regent has agreed to acquire LG H&H’s entire interest in The Avon Company, bringing Avon North America and Avon’s international operations back under common ownership for the first time since 2016. The deal is expected to close September 1.

Regent already owns Avon’s international operations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East after acquiring the business from Natura & Co. in January 2026.

Adding Avon North America will reunify two major parts of the 140-year-old beauty company.

LG H&H acquired Avon North America in 2019 as part of its international expansion strategy and subsequently invested in product innovation, digital capabilities and modernization of the company’s social-selling model.

LG H&H said the divestiture will allow it to focus more closely on global K-beauty, wellness and retail priorities.

Its portfolio includes brands such as The Whoo, Dr. Groot and belif.

The Korean beauty and wellness company has a market capitalization of approximately $3 billion and generated about $4 billion of revenue in 2025.

Avon North America operates across the U.S. and Canada through independent sales Ambassadors and sells skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, personal care, fashion and jewelry products.

Under Regent, the North American and international businesses will gain shared ownership and a more unified strategic framework.

Lisa Siders has been named incoming CEO of Avon and will focus on strengthening products, execution, market connections and the company’s representative and ambassador network.
