Reliability Won Acquires IVC Technologies To Expand Predictive Maintenance Platform

Reliability Won acquired IVC Technologies, expanding its condition-monitoring platform into on-site and wireless predictive maintenance services.

Reliability Won is backed by Battery Ventures and is building a broader platform focused on industrial asset reliability, condition monitoring, training, certification, consulting, and diagnostic services.

IVC Technologies was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio. The company provides vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, dynamic balancing, alignment, advanced diagnostics, and wireless and remote monitoring.

IVC has more than 50 certified analysts supporting customers across chemicals, metals, pulp and paper, food and beverage, manufacturing, power and utilities, pharmaceuticals, and construction.

The company’s services help industrial operators identify developing equipment problems and schedule maintenance before failures result in unplanned downtime.

IVC will join Reliability Won’s existing subsidiaries Mobius Institute, Noria Corporation, and Fluid Life.

Together, the businesses provide capabilities spanning employee training and certification, reliability program development and consulting, oil analysis laboratory services, and in-plant condition monitoring.

IVC will continue operating under its existing brand and maintain its current customer relationships.

CEO Vlad Miladinovic will continue leading the business alongside IVC’s existing management team and employees.

Reliability Won plans to provide IVC with additional commercial resources, customer relationships, and technical capabilities to support continued expansion.

The acquisition represents the latest step in Reliability Won’s strategy of building a global group of asset reliability and condition-monitoring businesses.

The platform was established in 2024 through an initial investment in Mobius Institute before expanding through acquisitions including Noria and Fluid Life.

Reliability Won said it plans to continue pursuing organic growth as well as additional acquisitions across training, certification, consulting, and condition monitoring.
