Reliable Automatic Sprinkler and ASC Engineered Solutions have united to form Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation, creating an integrated platform spanning fire protection, mechanical systems, and engineered flow solutions.

The combination brings together Reliable Automatic Sprinkler, founded in 1920, and ASC Engineered Solutions, whose Anvil heritage dates to 1850, representing more than 175 years of combined operating history.

Reliable Safety & Flow’s portfolio includes fire sprinklers, flexible connections, pipe joining systems, flow control products, valves, fittings, structural support systems and digital design and planning tools.

The company is positioning the combined platform as a single source for engineers, contractors, distributors and property owners across the design, specification, installation and maintenance lifecycle.

Reliable Safety & Flow will serve markets including critical infrastructure, water management, commercial construction, healthcare, education, data centers and energy.

The combined business has more than 50 locations across North America and nine international facilities and serves customers across manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, government, energy, transportation, hospitality and water infrastructure.

Existing customer contracts will remain in effect, and the company said customers should experience no interruption to products, specifications, technical support or sales relationships during the transition.
