Remedy Meds, a leading virtual-care and pharmacy platform, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Thirty Madison, a well-known digital health company specializing in chronic condition management. The acquisition, valued at just over $500 million and structured as an all-stock transaction, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and standard closing conditions.
This strategic move brings together two complementary organizations to form a scaled, multi-brand platform that spans men’s, women’s, and metabolic health. Remedy Meds, which has built a strong presence in weight loss and metabolic care, will now integrate Thirty Madison’s portfolio of consumer health brands, including Keeps (focused on men’s hair loss), Nurx (women’s health and contraception), and Cove (migraine treatment). The result is a unified platform that provides consumers with a trusted and streamlined experience across multiple health categories.
The combined entity will benefit from Remedy Meds’ robust infrastructure, which includes nationwide clinician coverage, insurance integration, and a pharmacy fulfillment network capable of supporting same-day video consultations, rapid prescription reviews, and direct-to-door medication delivery.
Financially, the merger is poised to create a powerhouse in the consumer telehealth space. Remedy Meds currently generates over $450 million in annual revenue with strong profitability. Thirty Madison, with more than $220 million in revenue and a proven track record of growth, will gain access to a larger operating platform that can support continued expansion and innovation. Together, the companies will be better positioned to serve millions of patients while driving sustainable financial performance.
The acquisition reflects a broader trend in digital health toward consolidation and integration. As consumers increasingly seek comprehensive, accessible care from trusted platforms, companies like Remedy Meds and Thirty Madison are responding by building ecosystems that combine clinical expertise, technology, and pharmacy services.
This deal not only strengthens Remedy Meds’ market position but also sets the stage for future innovation in how care is delivered, managed, and experienced.
