Remepy has raised $36 million in Series A funding to expand its Hybrid Drug pipeline, accelerate pharmaceutical partnerships, and fund global Phase III development of Hybridopa for Parkinson’s disease. The financing brings the company’s total capital raised to $62 million. O.G. Venture Partners and M Ventures, the strategic venture arm of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, led the round. Investors also included NFX, Vine Ventures, Qumra Capital, TechAviv, 97212 Ventures, Fresh Fund, PsyMed Ventures, Tadmor Group, Key1 Capital, and IT-Farm.

Remepy is developing what it calls Hybrid Drugs, which combine prescription medicines with personalized AI-driven therapeutic applications. The approach combines pharmacology with adaptive physical, cognitive, and behavioral interventions through a standard prescription model.

The company has also entered a strategic collaboration with Merck KGaA to develop Hybrid Drugs across multiple indications, beginning with rare tumors.

Remepy’s lead program, Hybridopa, is being developed for Parkinson’s disease. The company said its Phase IIa results demonstrated improvements in motor and non-motor symptoms and were supported by peer-reviewed research into the biological mechanisms behind the treatment.

Global Phase III development is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. Hybridopa remains investigational and has not been approved by the FDA.
