- Remesh, a software company utilizing AI to reinvent the way organizations conduct research, announced that it raised $25 million in Series A2 funding
Remesh — a software company that is utilizing AI to reinvent the way organizations conduct research — announced recently that it raised $25 million in Series A2 funding. This funding round on the heels of 3 years of 2.5x year-over-year growth. The funding round was led by General Catalyst with participation from LionBird (Series Seed lead), North Coast Ventures, and several new external investors.
So far, Remesh has raised over $38 million in its push to transform the market research industry. And the funding will fuel its continued expansion and launch of its newest AI-powered agile research platform.
There are over 600 companies that utilize Remesh with their insights like Deloitte, Barclays, and Mercer. To date, 2 million insights have been enabled by the Remesh platform.
Currently, 92% of executives believe that organizational agility is critical to business success, but only 27% consider themselves highly agile. And research teams are under more pressure than ever to iterate and learn and test quickly while incorporating the customer’s voice.
Remesh enables organizations to speak directly to up to 1,000 of their target audience live and gain insights from qualitative information at scale. And the platform utilizes machine learning to analyze and organize the responses in real-time.
So teams are able to speed up innovation cycles and uncover what customers or employees want — which allows them to build better products, messaging, and organizations. And the company’s new platform is a result of years of feedback from some of the world’s largest brands, launching with features such as a single-click topline export report after the session.
Remesh recently began its hiring push and welcomed its new VP of Marketing Ginny Lobel to lead the company’s strategy as it relates to marketing and demand generation. And the company also welcomed a new VP of Delivery Adam Donato — who is responsible for the professional services team.
The addition of high-level expertise across the company will help Remesh accelerate focus on its delivery of new solutions across the research industry. And the funding will further team growth and Remesh’s U.S. expansion by opening up a new Cleveland office where the company was originally founded later this year.
