Remsoft has acquired INFLOR, a forest management system provider with more than two decades of experience serving forestry organizations, landowners, and investors across South America, North America, and Europe.
The deal is positioned as a product and platform expansion for Remsoft’s cloud-based Forest Intelligence Platform, adding an enterprise-grade forest management system that covers core operational workflows such as forest assets, inventories, silviculture, certifications, and compliance. Remsoft said the combination will strengthen end-to-end visibility across the forestry value chain by connecting forest management data with planning, optimization, analytics, forecasting, and strategy.
Remsoft and INFLOR said the combined offering is intended to give customers a single source of truth for operations, improve transparency, strengthen certification and compliance reporting, and better align sustainable forest management with business objectives.
The acquisition also deepens Remsoft’s presence in Brazil and South America, where INFLOR has an established footprint, while Remsoft’s broader operations across South America, North America, Europe, and Australasia are expected to create new commercial opportunities to scale INFLOR’s capabilities globally.
Remsoft said the transaction aligns with its growth strategy backed by Banneker Partners, which has supported the company’s expansion through investments in complementary technologies and expertise.
