Renaiss Raises $1.5 Million To Build RWA Infrastructure For Collectibles

Renaiss announced that it has raised $1.5 million in its first funding round. The round was led by YZi Labs, with participation from Gate Ventures, Hash Global, XIN Family, Redline Labs, and angel investors from Mask Network, Far East Group, Logoman, Hoopi, and Legit App.

Renaiss is building real-world asset liquidity infrastructure for real-world collectibles on BNB Chain.

The company plans to use the funding to scale its vault network, expand into new collectible verticals, strengthen product and ecosystem integrations, improve capital efficiency, and grow its global presence.

At the core of the platform is RenaissOS, which turns independent vaults and card shops into on-chain verification nodes. Assets are co-signed through cryptographic multi-signature infrastructure, reducing reliance on a single party and allowing custody status to be independently verified.

Renaiss started with trading cards as its first major collectible category. Its application layer, Renaiss.xyz, gives users access to collectible markets, trading, and on-chain ownership.

The company’s broader goal is to support more collectible categories and ecosystem partners through on-chain rails.

By bringing verified custody on-chain, Renaiss enables collectors to trade physical assets without requiring the asset to move each time ownership changes.

The company said collectibles represent a consumer-native real-world asset category shaped by financial value, culture, scarcity, identity, and community demand.

Since launching its beta in November 2025, Renaiss has surpassed $20 million in revenue in about six months and grown to more than 260,000 users. The platform has seen strong activity across Asian markets, including South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Southeast Asia.

Renaiss has also gained visibility within the BNB Chain ecosystem. The company was named a winner at Binance Blockchain Week Dubai Demo Night in December 2025 and graduated from EASY Residency Season 3, a YZi Labs-backed incubation program, in May 2026.

With the new funding, Renaiss plans to expand its vault-backed liquidity infrastructure, support broader ecosystem growth through Renaiss SDK, develop DeFi integrations, and build AI agent infrastructure.

The company’s Trustless Leverage Engine is designed to improve capital efficiency as more verified, vault-backed supply moves on-chain.

Renaiss said it aims to build the trustless infrastructure layer for the emerging taste economy by making physical collectibles verifiable, liquid, and globally accessible on-chain.
