Rep AI announced it has raised $6.2 million in strategic follow-on funding to advance its AI platform for e-commerce brands and online retailers. The funding round was led by Silicon Road Ventures, with participation from Osage Venture Partners, Flashpoint Venture Capital, and strategic investor Zendesk.

The latest financing marks the second tranche of funding for Rep AI in about 20 months, following the company’s $8.2 million Series A round announced in August 2024. The company said the new capital will support product innovation, market expansion, and enterprise growth initiatives as it strengthens its position within the ecommerce AI sector.

Rep AI’s platform is designed to help ecommerce brands unify customer engagement across the shopping journey, from identifying shopper intent before purchase through post-purchase support. The company said its platform consolidates fragmented AI and customer experience tools into a single system aimed at improving conversion rates, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.

The company also highlighted broader enterprise AI adoption trends, citing McKinsey’s 2025 State of AI report, which found that 78% of organizations now use AI in at least one business function. Rep AI said many organizations continue to face challenges related to siloed AI systems and fragmented implementations, increasing demand for unified enterprise-grade platforms.

According to the announcement, Zendesk’s investment represents strategic validation from a major customer experience technology company and reflects the growing overlap between customer service, sales, and revenue generation technologies.

Rep AI said its platform leverages proprietary behavioral AI and large language models to proactively engage shoppers, personalize sales guidance, optimize conversions, and support customer service operations. The company’s customers include Proof Wallets, VIBAe, K2, Unclaimed Baggage, Satya Jewelry, HigherDOSE, OLLY, Cloth & Paper, Bikes Online, and NutraBio.

KEY QUOTES:

“ecommerce brands are increasingly overwhelmed by disconnected technology stacks that create operational silos and missed revenue opportunities. This funding further validates our vision of building a unified AI operating system for e-commerce, one that helps brands better understand shopper behavior, improve conversion, and deliver stronger customer experiences from first interaction through long-term loyalty.

The industry is moving beyond isolated AI tools toward integrated systems that can influence the entire customer journey across e-commerce. Our focus has always been on building an infrastructure that drives measurable business outcomes while simplifying how brands deploy and scale AI.”

Yoav Oz, Co-Founder And CEO, Rep AI

“Brands are seeking scalable, revenue-driving agentic AI infrastructure rather than isolated point solutions. Rep AI is emerging as a leader in ecommerce’s fastest-growing technology categories by replacing fragmented systems with a more cohesive, intelligent platform.”

Sid Mookerji, Managing Partner, Silicon Road Ventures

“A great retail experience feels like a knowledgeable sales concierge, one that asks the right questions to understand your needs, knows the products inside and out, and can help with everything from discovery to returns. True AI integration in retail requires more than a chatbot; it requires a deep understanding of shopper behavior and product data. Rep AI’s platform demonstrates how behavioral AI can bridge the gap between site visits and completed purchases, offering a personalized concierge at scale. We’re pleased to support the team as they continue to refine the intersection of CX and commerce.”
