Replenit: $2.5 Million Round Backs AI Decision Engine For Next-Generation Retail Intelligence

Replenit announced it has raised $2.5 million to develop its AI-powered decision engine designed to transform how retailers interpret data and act on customer signals. The round was co-led by Movens Capital and Vastpoint, with participation from Logo Ventures, DigitalOcean Ventures, Finberg, Caucasus Ventures, and Mati Staniszewski.

Replenit is building an AI-native platform focused on decision-making within retail environments, targeting a gap between data collection and customer engagement. While much of the industry has focused on aggregating and orchestrating data, the company is positioning its technology as the missing layer that enables systems to interpret signals, make contextual decisions, and act in real time.

The platform is designed to analyze customer behavior, identify relevant signals, and determine the optimal next action for each interaction. By embedding reasoning into retail workflows, Replenit aims to help businesses move beyond static analytics toward dynamic, automated decision-making.

The company’s approach reflects a broader shift in commerce, where competitive advantage is increasingly tied not just to data availability, but to the ability to extract insights and execute actions at the right moment.

The new funding will support continued product development and scaling of Replenit’s platform as it works to establish a new standard for AI-driven retail intelligence.
