Residential Home Health, an affiliate of Graham Healthcare Group, has acquired Covenant Home Health of Havertown, Pennsylvania, expanding its presence across eastern Pennsylvania and strengthening its reach into Philadelphia and Delaware counties.
Covenant Home Health provides home health services across Bucks, Chester, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and York counties. The acquisition expands Residential Home Health’s regional footprint and supports its strategy of delivering skilled nursing and therapy services to more patients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
According to the companies, the transaction builds on Covenant’s established local relationships and clinical teams while adding the broader resources and infrastructure of Residential Home Health and Graham Healthcare Group. The organizations said the combination is designed to support continued growth while maintaining the personalized care both providers emphasize in their home health services.
Residential Home Health plans to retain Covenant Home Health employees as part of the integration. The company said the transition is intended to be seamless for patients, families, referral partners, and staff, and current patients will continue receiving care without interruption.

The group operates multiple healthcare service brands including Residential Home Health, Residential Hospice, Allegheny Health Network Healthcare@Home, and Mary Free Bed at Home. Residential Home Health and Hospice deliver skilled home health, palliative, and hospice care across Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, working alongside physicians and healthcare partners to provide in-home care throughout different stages of a patient’s healthcare journey.
Covenant Home Health specializes in skilled nursing, therapy, and supportive care services in eastern Pennsylvania. The organization focuses on coordinated care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration aimed at improving clinical outcomes and raising the standard of home healthcare services in the communities it serves.
The companies also noted that Covenant Private Duty will remain unchanged, with no changes to its ownership or service offerings.
