Resilience And Lilly Invest $750 Million To Increase US-Manufactured Medicine Supply

Resilience has expanded its strategic partnership with Eli Lilly and Company to increase US production of critical medicines, with new manufacturing investments in Ohio. The $750 million investment builds on a partnership first established in 2023.

The investment will expand Resilience’s advanced manufacturing operations in the Cincinnati region to include Lilly’s KwikPen injectable device for diabetes and obesity medicines. The expansion will create at least 400 new high-skilled jobs, bringing total Resilience-created jobs in Ohio to more than 1,400. Site preparation is underway, with full operations expected to begin in early 2027.

The partnership has already produced more than 150 million doses of Lilly medicines for US patients in vial and pre-filled syringe formats. Resilience operates two advanced facilities in the Cincinnati region totaling nearly 1 million square feet and employing nearly 1,000 team members. The company recently established its global headquarters in Blue Ash, Ohio.
