Resolve Pain Solutions, an interventional pain management services provider, announced it has acquired Southcoast Spine and Pain, a regional pain management practice based in Aiken, South Carolina.
Through the transaction, Dr. Russell Daniel will join the Resolve Pain Solutions physician platform and continue serving patients in Aiken. He will also treat patients in Evans, Georgia, as part of Resolve’s existing practice, Advanced Pain Management.
The acquisition marks Resolve Pain Solutions’ entry into South Carolina and expands the company’s geographic footprint to six states across the southern United States.
Resolve said the deal aligns with its strategy of partnering with established pain management practices, expanding in core markets, and developing new de novo locations. The company said the approach is intended to broaden patient access to care while maintaining a focus on clinical outcomes and patient experience.
Resolve Pain Solutions provides operational support and growth resources to affiliated practices across the Southeast. The company is backed by Compass Group Equity Partners.
