Resolve Pain Solutions has acquired Spine Diagnostic & Pain Treatment Center, adding a Baton Rouge-area pain management platform as Resolve continues its Southeast-focused expansion strategy.
Resolve said it is bringing Spine’s physician and executive leadership into the platform as partners, including Dr. Sean Graham, Dr. Joseph Turnipseed, and Chase Lavigne. Additional Spine physicians joining Resolve include Dr. John Braswell, Dr. Thomas Finck,e and Dr. George Jiha, along with advanced practice providers and broader clinical and administrative staff.
Andrew Jones, chief executive officer of Resolve Pain Solutions, said the Baton Rouge group has built a strong reputation for patient-centered care and that the partnership is intended to expand access to “best-in-class” pain care in Louisiana. Dr. Graham said Spine sought a partner aligned with physician leadership and clinical autonomy that could support growth without changing how clinicians deliver care.
Resolve said Spine will continue operating independently from its existing Louisiana Pain Specialists locations for the foreseeable future while leveraging shared resources, best practices, and strategic support. As part of the integration, Dr. Graham will join Resolve’s Physician Advisory Board, and Lavigne will take on the role of director of practice growth.
The transaction aligns with Resolve’s broader growth plan, which it said centers on partnering with high-performing practices, deepening its footprint in core geographie,s and building de novo locations. Resolve is backed by Compass Group Equity Partners.
