Revspot has raised $4.8 million in Series A funding to expand its AI-native platform for generating qualified sales pipelines for high-ticket business-to-consumer companies. The round was co-led by Inflexor Ventures and Info Edge Ventures. Pentathlon Ventures and Silicon Road Ventures joined as significant institutional investors, while existing investor Titan Capital also participated.
The financing brings Revspot’s total disclosed funding to $6.2 million. The company previously raised a $1.4 million seed round in late 2024 led by Info Edge Ventures and Titan Capital, with participation from angel investor Kunal Shah.
Revspot plans to use the Series A funding to deepen its product and engineering capabilities in India, strengthen its buyer intelligence and AI qualification infrastructure, and expand into additional high-ticket consumer sectors.
The Bengaluru-based company also intends to build its presence across selected international markets.
Revspot was founded in 2024 by Darshan Subash, Chirag Wadhera and Varun Garg to address the fragmentation surrounding consumer lead generation and qualification.
High-ticket B2C companies frequently depend on separate advertising teams, external agencies, customer relationship management platforms, call centers, sales representatives and specialized software products to move a prospective customer from initial interest to a qualified sales opportunity.
This structure can make it difficult to determine which leads are likely to purchase, when they may be ready to engage and whether marketing spending is producing valuable opportunities rather than a large volume of low-intent inquiries.
Revspot combines lead generation and lead qualification within one AI-native system.
Its platform includes consumer intelligence, customer acquisition workflows, campaign analytics, lead enrichment, Voice AI, WhatsApp-based engagement, qualification and sales handoff capabilities.
Lead enrichment adds useful information to an initial inquiry, helping a business understand the prospective customer’s profile, behavior and potential suitability.
Voice AI can contact or respond to prospects, collect information and evaluate intent before transferring the opportunity to a human sales representative.
WhatsApp-based engagement provides another channel for following up with potential buyers, gathering information and maintaining communication during longer consideration periods.
These capabilities are particularly relevant to industries where customers make expensive or consequential purchases and may require several interactions before reaching a decision.
Revspot currently serves more than 50 customers across real estate, education, automotive and wealth management.
The company is also expanding into additional banking, financial services and insurance categories, where the quality and speed of lead qualification can have a direct effect on sales conversion and revenue.
For a real estate company, Revspot could help distinguish a serious prospective buyer from someone making an early-stage or low-intent inquiry.
In education, the platform could evaluate whether a prospective student meets eligibility requirements, understands the program and has an appropriate enrollment timeline.
Automotive companies could use the technology to identify customers prepared to schedule a test drive, discuss financing or purchase a vehicle.
Wealth management firms may use qualification workflows to understand a prospect’s financial profile, investment needs and readiness to speak with an advisor.
By gathering this information earlier, Revspot seeks to give sales teams greater visibility into buyer fit, intent, timing and readiness.
This can help representatives prioritize the most promising opportunities rather than spending the same amount of time on every inquiry.
The company offers multiple engagement models. Customers can use an outcome-led managed service, deploy Revspot’s qualification technology across existing leads or operate qualified-pipeline workflows directly through the platform.
Revspot is also developing Spot, an orchestration platform and agent harness for qualified-pipeline workflows.
Spot is designed to connect campaign planning and Meta-native advertising analysis with lead enrichment, Voice AI qualification and downstream feedback about lead quality.
An orchestration platform coordinates the systems, agents and actions involved in a broader workflow.
In Revspot’s case, Spot could connect marketing campaign performance with what occurs later in the sales process. This would allow the system to evaluate not only whether an advertisement generated an inquiry but also whether that inquiry eventually became a qualified opportunity.
Feedback from the sales process could then inform future campaign decisions, helping the business direct spending toward audiences and messages that generate higher-quality prospects.
Revspot CEO and co-founder Darshan Subash said companies continue to lose time and money between identifying a potential customer and handing sales teams a genuine opportunity.
The company believes combining acquisition and qualification can reduce those losses while creating a more consistent view of pipeline quality.
Inflexor Ventures Partner Murali Krishna Gunturu said qualified-pipeline generation represents a significant problem for high-ticket B2C companies and that Revspot has the potential to establish a new category in revenue technology.
Info Edge Growth Partner Rishabh Katiyar said the company has demonstrated customer demand, rapid product development and an emphasis on measurable outcomes since its seed financing.
The new funding will support Revspot as it develops Spot, strengthens its core AI infrastructure and applies its platform across a wider range of consumer businesses.
