RevSpring Acquires TrustCommerce To Expand Integrated Payments And Payment Visibility Across Healthcare

By Amit Chowdhry • Feb 23, 2026

RevSpring, a healthcare financial engagement and payments platform, announced it has acquired TrustCommerce, a provider of integrated healthcare payment and security solutions. The transaction is designed to expand RevSpring’s scale in integrated payments and accelerate innovation in financial engagement for provider and payer organizations seeking to simplify payment operations and improve visibility across the revenue cycle.

Building on RevSpring’s Best in KLAS patient financial experience foundation, the combined company aims to help healthcare organizations reduce payment complexity, consolidate vendors, and strengthen operational control from transaction through reconciliation. TrustCommerce’s enterprise gateway connectivity and integrated payments footprint will be combined with RevSpring’s payments and financial engagement platform to create a more unified system for managing payment workflows.

The companies said the integration will allow healthcare providers to maintain flexibility in banking and merchant relationships while benefiting from deeper integration across electronic health record and practice management systems. The combined platform is expected to support improved reconciliation, expanded routing flexibility, and more seamless onboarding for organizations that prefer to retain existing merchant service providers.

RevSpring stated that TrustCommerce expands its EHR integrated customer base while preserving optionality in merchant services. The unified platform is also expected to reduce vendor fragmentation and provide end to end visibility across pre service, point of service, post service, and back office payment activities. TrustCommerce’s gateway integrations across major payment processors and devices will enhance routing flexibility and provide greater control over product enhancements going forward.

The acquisition follows RevSpring’s recent purchase of Kyruus Health as part of a broader strategy to create more connected healthcare experiences. Financial Technology Partners served as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to TrustCommerce.

RevSpring, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, provides analytics driven communications and payment solutions supporting patient outreach, intake and check in, billing and payments, and revenue cycle optimization. The company facilitates over 700 million digital communications annually and more than 1 billion printed communications, processes over 60 million payment transactions, and collects more than $14 billion in patient payments each year.

TrustCommerce, a Sphere company and portfolio company of Waud Capital Partners, has provided integrated payment software and security solutions for more than 25 years, serving large health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory practices with secure and compliant payment processing capabilities.
