Rezolv has raised $12.5 million in Series A funding to scale its AI-native debt collection platform, bringing total funding to $16 million. Norwest led the round, with participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India and existing investor 3one4 Capital.

Founded in Mumbai in 2024 by Sonali Jindal and Karan Mehta, Rezolv is developing a full-stack platform designed to modernize collections across digital outreach, calling, field visits and legal escalation.

The founders previously spent nine years building digital lending platform Kissht before leaving the company in 2024.

Rezolv’s platform incorporates AI voice agents capable of communicating in 11 Indian languages, allowing lenders to automate routine, high-volume borrower conversations while directing more complicated cases to human agents.

The company also offers Strategy Builder, which determines which borrowers should receive specific types of outreach and when.

Rezolv says the technology has increased resolution rates by 35% for lenders using it.

The platform currently processes more than 6.5 million minutes of borrower conversations per month across more than 12 million loan accounts.

Rezolv serves more than 22 banks and non-bank financial companies, including ICICI Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, Bajaj Auto Credit and Five Star Business Finance.

The company is addressing an increasingly large operational challenge within India’s lending ecosystem as consumer and unsecured credit has expanded.

India now has roughly 220 million loan and credit card accounts, creating significant collections workloads for lenders when borrowers become delinquent.

Rezolv plans to use the new financing to advance its longer-term goal of becoming an integrated technology layer across the lending lifecycle.
