RFG Advisory—an innovator in the wealth management industry committed to serving independent financial advisors and their clients—announced three key appointments to its executive team. The addition of these proven industry executives bolsters the team of A-players at RFG, all aligned to serve the ever-evolving needs of independent advisors.
Abby Salameh – an industry pioneer with over 25 years of building growth services for independent financial advisors – joins RFG as chief growth officer. Salameh (who previously served as the chief marketing officer, head of strategic partnerships, and managing director of CAIS IQ) is well-positioned to propel the growth model of the registered investment advisory (RIA).
Brendan Frazier, the incoming chief behavioral officer at RFG, will join Salameh in her new role. As the founder of Wired Planning, Frazier will use his deep experience to support RFG’s advisors and their clients.
Further strengthening the new RFG exec team is Kenneth J. Kim (chief financial officer). Previously the head of corporate development and strategy for North America at FNZ (through YieldX acquisition), Kim brings over two decades of experience spanning fintech, investment banking and strategic corporate development.
