RGREEN INVEST announced the final close of its INFRABRIDGE IV fund at its target size of nearly €500 million. The fundraising more than doubled the size of the firm’s previous vintage.
INFRABRIDGE IV is focused on infrastructure debt strategies supporting the energy transition. RGREEN INVEST said the successful fundraising reflects growing investor interest in financing strategies tied to European energy sovereignty, electrification, and decarbonization.
The fund targets the European lower mid-market, where RGREEN INVEST said financing needs remain underserved by traditional lenders. The strategy is designed to support energy transition assets while helping Europe strengthen energy security and reduce dependence on external energy sources.
INFRABRIDGE IV also represents a milestone in the international expansion of RGREEN INVEST’s debt platform. The fund attracted commitments from about 20 institutional investors across a broad and diversified base.
Nearly 70% of investors participated in the strategy for the first time. About 30% of commitments came from international investors, highlighting growing interest in RGREEN INVEST’s infrastructure debt platform beyond its domestic market.
RGREEN INVEST said approximately 70% of the fund has already been deployed. INFRABRIDGE IV is expected to be fully invested by early 2027, reflecting the strength of the firm’s pipeline and continued demand for infrastructure debt financing across energy transition assets.
The fund’s portfolio spans several sectors, including geothermal energy, biomethane, energy storage, and hybrid solar and wind projects incorporating battery storage. These investments are spread across multiple European markets.
To support the continued growth of its debt platform, RGREEN INVEST is expanding its team through targeted recruitment. The debt platform is led by Mathilde Ketoff and recently added Ronald Gaultier as Senior Investment Director.
