Ricoh has acquired Presentation Products (PPI), a New York-based audiovisual integrator, in a move aimed at deepening its North American digital services portfolio and strengthening workplace collaboration and AV integration offerings.
Announced January 7, 2026, the deal adds PPI’s AV design, engineering, and technology integration capabilities to Ricoh’s workplace experience strategy, and builds on the platform Ricoh established through Cenero, its wholly owned managed AV services provider. Ricoh said the transaction will help it scale integrated workplace solutions across collaboration platforms, IT, AV, and managed services—particularly in the U.S. pro AV market.
Founded in 1994, PPI employs roughly 100 specialists across AV, engineering, design, and integration, serving enterprise customers in sectors including finance, legal, and media. Ricoh highlighted PPI’s footprint in New York City as a key advantage, describing the region as the largest AV market in North America.
Ricoh said PPI employees will join Cenero within Ricoh’s growing digital services organization, with a focus on maintaining continuity for clients while expanding access to training, resources, and career development. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition is part of a broader global push by Ricoh to expand meeting experiences and hybrid work solutions, following prior deals including Cenero and other AV-focused acquisitions across EMEA and Latin America. Trafalgar Capital Partners advised on the transaction.
