Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, a residential and commercial roofing solutions provider backed by Bertram Capital, has acquired Bold North Roofing and Contracting LLC, a roofing and exterior services company serving Minnesota’s Twin Cities metro area. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal marks Ridgeline’s fifth acquisition as it continues building a broader roofing and restoration platform. Bold North provides re-roofing and roof repair services, along with siding and window installation, and operates from the Twin Cities with an additional office in western Wisconsin.
Bold North was founded by Minnesota natives Erik McLaughlin and Ryan Emmerich, who will continue to lead the business under Ridgeline and are reinvesting into the broader platform, according to the announcement. Ridgeline said the combination expands its reach in the Midwest while maintaining Bold North’s customer service and quality-focused approach.
Ridgeline said it remains interested in partnering with other growth-oriented roofing and restoration companies as it continues its acquisition strategy under Bertram Capital’s ownership.
