Rightbrain AI: £3 Million Raised To Help Enterprises Safely Deploy AI Across Existing Workflows

Rightbrain AI has raised £3 million in funding to expand its enterprise AI platform designed to help organizations securely deploy and manage artificial intelligence tools across existing business systems. The round was led by NPIF II, with participation from existing investors Salica Investments and NYDIG.

The company is focused on solving key enterprise AI adoption challenges beyond access to large language models themselves, including governance, security, compliance, data residency, and integration into established workflows. Rightbrain AI’s platform enables non-technical teams to safely deploy and manage AI capabilities across the software tools businesses already use.

The investment was supported by PXN Group, with Patricia E. highlighting the founding team’s technical background and prior experience building companies across marketing, fintech, and crypto sectors. She noted that the company is addressing one of the largest challenges facing enterprise AI adoption as businesses seek ways to operationalize AI securely and responsibly.

Patricia E. also credited Andy Barrow for work on the transaction, while acknowledging support from Sue Barnard and the British Business Bank for backing innovation-led companies across Northern England. Legal advisory work on the deal was provided by Adam Kaucher and the team at Irwin Mitchell.

The funding will support Rightbrain AI’s continued platform development and expansion as demand grows for enterprise-grade AI governance and deployment infrastructure.

KEY QUOTES:

“When I first met Peter Cheyne and Matt Wells, two things stood out immediately: 1. Flip flops and shorts in February… in Scotland. Respect! 2. Serious technical pedigree and genuine builders.

This isn’t their first time building successful companies. They’ve done it across marketing, fintech and crypto; and now they’re taking on one of the biggest problems in enterprise AI.

Most large companies already have access to AI models. The challenge isn’t the models themselves. It’s everything around them: governance, security, compliance, data residency and getting AI safely into existing workflows.

That’s exactly where Rightbrain comes in. They’re building the layer that allows non-technical teams to safely deploy and manage AI across the tools businesses already use.

Huge market. Strong timing. Exceptional founders.”
