Ringg AI has closed a $15 million Series A led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Arkam Ventures and Capital 2B. The company is building enterprise AI agents designed to manage customer interactions from conversation through completed workflows across voice, WhatsApp, chat, and browser-based experiences.
Ringg plans to use the funding to strengthen its AI platform, expand its voice, WhatsApp and browser agents, invest further in proprietary models and context infrastructure, and accelerate growth in India and international markets.
Founded in 2023, Ringg is developing a context graph that links customers, conversations, business rules, workflows and enterprise systems. This shared context can be accessed by Ringg’s different AI agents and by human employees who take over an interaction, allowing a customer journey to move between channels without losing its history.
Ringg supports in-region deployments in India, the GCC, the United States and Europe, along with on-premise deployments for enterprises with data residency and compliance requirements.
Its agents are already in production at companies including Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, PharmEasy, Groww, Practo, Tabby, SuperNova and GoodScore, spanning marketplaces, healthcare, banking, fintech and IT.
KEY QUOTE:
“If an agent can handle a noisy call, switch across languages, and still complete a real workflow, it can work almost anywhere. We are building this in India for a global market. Ringg supports in-region deployments across India, the GCC, the US, and Europe, as well as on-premise deployments for enterprises that require greater control over compliance and data residency.”
