Rithm Capital Appoints Ann DeVries As Head Of Investor Relations To Support Alternative Asset Management Growth

Rithm Capital has appointed Ann DeVries as Head of Investor Relations as the global alternative asset manager expands communication with shareholders, analysts and third-party investors around its growing integrated investment platform.

DeVries will lead Rithm’s investor relations strategy and oversee engagement with existing and prospective shareholders and the sell-side analyst community.

She will work with senior leadership and teams across Rithm to communicate the company’s financial performance, business model and long-term growth priorities.

Her appointment comes as Rithm continues building a broader alternative asset management organization alongside its portfolio of operating businesses.

The company’s platform spans asset-based finance, residential and commercial real estate lending, mortgage servicing rights and structured credit. Its businesses include Elecor Properties, Newrez, Genesis Capital, Sculptor Capital Management and Crestline Investors.

DeVries brings more than 25 years of investor relations and strategic finance experience.

Most recently, she served as Head of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations at Banc of California, where her responsibilities included investor relations, strategic initiatives, financial analysis and corporate planning.

Before Banc of California, DeVries served as Head of Investor Relations at Bakkt and built its investor relations function during the company’s early years as a publicly traded business.

She previously spent 16 years at JPMorgan Chase in senior positions spanning investment banking, corporate finance and investor relations.

Rithm said the appointment reflects growing investor interest in understanding how its asset management business and operating companies work together under its owner-operator model.
