Ritten, an AI-powered system of record for behavioral health providers, has raised a $35 million Series B funding round led by Five Elms Capital, with participation from existing investors Threshold Ventures, 8VC, Bienville Capital, and others. The Philadelphia-based company said the financing will support expansion across mental health and addiction treatment providers spanning all levels of care.
Founded in 2020, Ritten positions its platform as a unified system that integrates electronic health records, customer relationship management, and revenue cycle management within a modern, AI-enabled workflow. The company said the product is designed to streamline processes across outpatient and residential settings, covering steps from referrals and admissions through scheduling, charting, compliance, and billing, with an emphasis on reducing administrative burden and burnout while improving operational efficiency for provider organizations.
Ritten said the new capital will help advance its product roadmap and deepen adoption in a behavioral health market where many providers still rely on fragmented tools. Five Elms also said it expects to support further development of AI capabilities for both practitioners and revenue cycle management. And Ritten plans to keep integrating AI-powered workflows across the platform, expand customer support offerings, and grow enterprise capabilities to meet the needs of organizations ranging from single-site clinics to multi-state groups.
Five Elms Capital, a growth investor focused on software companies, said it brings both capital and operational support to help portfolio companies accelerate product and go-to-market execution. In the announcement, the firm said it manages more than $3 billion in assets and has invested in more than 70 software platforms worldwide.
