By Amit Chowdhry • Jul 10, 2025

Rittenhouse Ventures, a firm with over 15 years of experience backing the country’s top early-stage software founders, announced the closing of Fund III. This new fund will build on the firm’s strong track record of investing in capital-efficient, innovative B2B software, AI, and tech-enabled services companies, with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic and other underserved regions across the United States.

With the closing of this fund, Rittenhouse Ventures has over $75 million of assets under management. The Fund III investment philosophy mirrors previous funds, focusing on companies with capital-efficient growth and market leadership potential.

These businesses utilize the firm’s operational expertise, network, and strategic guidance to grow. Building on 30+ investments and 20 exits, the new fund continues Rittenhouse Ventures’ successful series.

Some notable investments include Tabula Rasa HealthCare, AppsFlyer, Prosperoware, GSI Health, Piano Software, and Halfpenny Technologies. Nearly half of the firm’s investments focus on Healthcare IT, enabling it to identify and support high-potential companies in this sector.

A major milestone is the addition of two experienced partners: David Nevas and Sushma Rajagopalan. David has nearly 20 years of experience in technology investing, while Sushma brings over 30 years of operating leadership experience in the tech sector. Their expertise strengthens Rittenhouse’s capacity to source, grow, and exit high-potential companies.

Fund III made initial investments in GoMo Health, Pieces Technologies, WealthHub Solutions, and High QA, with ongoing capital deployment into new promising businesses.
