Riverview Landscapes has acquired B&B Landscaping & Gardening, a commercial and residential landscaping and snow management company based in Cortlandt Manor, New York. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Riverview’s Greater Westchester County branch and represents its 27th acquisition since the company was founded in 2022. B&B’s Cortlandt Manor facility will become an additional office supporting Riverview’s existing operations in the region.
B&B was founded in 1989 by Alex Bronzo and Frank Bruno. The company provides landscape maintenance, property enhancements and snow management services to commercial and residential customers throughout Westchester County.
The transaction gives Riverview additional customers, employees and operating capacity in one of its established New York markets. The added location is expected to improve its ability to serve properties across Westchester County.
Riverview has pursued an acquisition-led growth strategy focused on established landscaping businesses with strong local relationships. The company seeks to preserve the service capabilities and community connections developed by acquired operators while adding resources from its broader platform.
B&B’s founders selected Riverview after evaluating whether the companies shared similar commitments to service quality, employees and long-term customer relationships. The businesses began discussions more than a year before completing the partnership.
Riverview provides landscaping and snow management services to thousands of customers across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. The company employs more than 800 people.
Management and Talus Holdings back Riverview’s expansion strategy. The company plans to continue building regional density through acquisitions and organic growth.
