Riverview Landscapes, a provider of commercial landscaping and snow services across the Northeast, has acquired Meticulous Landscaping, a well-known landscape maintenance company based in Ocean County, New Jersey. The deal marks Riverview’s 20th acquisition since the company was founded in 2022.
Founded by Bob and Linda Kraft, Meticulous has built its business around landscape maintenance services for homeowners’ associations throughout the region. Riverview said the acquisition expands its footprint in Southern New Jersey and enhances its ability to offer a wider set of property enhancement and maintenance services to clients in the area.
As part of the transaction, Meticulous will be integrated into Riverview’s Southern New Jersey region, joining a group of prior area additions that includes Elite Landscaping, McHugh’s Landscaping, Nature Scape, and Young’s Landscape Management. Riverview also said it is establishing an Ocean County branch as part of the integration, which will be led by Steven Miller, a 20-year veteran of Meticulous.
Riverview operates across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and additional surrounding markets, serving thousands of customers with nearly 700 employees. The company is owned by Talus Holdings and its management team.
