Eyeview founder Oren Harnevo is stepping down from the CEO position and is being succeeded by Rob Deichert, according to TechCrunch. Harnevo is going to remain on the board of directors at Eyeview.

Prior to joining Eyeview, Deichert was the chief operating officer at 33Across. Eyeview also announced that it hired Sean Simon as senior vice president of sales and Risa Crandell as vice president of sales.

“It’s been a long and incredible ride for the last 13 years since I co-founded Eyeview, and I feel it’s time to let a new leader help propel Eyeview to its next chapter,” said Harnevo. “2019 has been a great year for Eyeview. With strong revenue growth, and seasoned additions to our leadership team, it’s the perfect time to bring on (ad) industry veterans like Rob, Sean and Risa to accelerate our business as I depart to work on my next venture while supporting Eyeview on the board of directors.”

Deichert told TechCrunch that he is planning to have 30-minute one-to-one meetings with every employee at the company, which means it would require nearly 100 meetings.

Eyeview brands itself as an outcome-based video marketing company. And the company drives measurable, incremental sales online, and offline by creating and delivering millions of data-driven personalized videos locally to consumers at a national scale.
