RobosizeME: $2 Million Raised To Bring AI Workflow Automation To The Global Hotel Industry

RobosizeME has raised $2 million in an oversubscribed seed round led by SeedTwo Capital, positioning the company to expand its AI-powered workflow automation platform across the global hospitality sector.

The startup is focused on eliminating repetitive, manual back-office work within hotel operations. Despite generating more than $580 billion annually, the global hotel industry continues to rely heavily on labor-intensive processes across reservations, finance, revenue management, and guest services. RobosizeME is targeting these high-volume workflows with automation designed to reduce errors, lower operational costs, and allow staff to concentrate on revenue-generating and guest-facing activities.

Founded by hospitality veteran and Sciant co-founder Stephen Burke, RobosizeME integrates directly with property management systems, central reservation systems, point-of-sale platforms, and financial systems. The company deploys AI as a managed service, enabling automation to operate around the clock. Its digital workers handle tasks such as OTA commission reconciliation, payment routing, rate loading, and guest profile management and merging at chain-level scale.

According to the company, one U.S.-based hotel chain saved more than $1 million in labor costs with a payback period of less than one year after deploying RobosizeME’s automation across finance, revenue and distribution management, and reservations workflows.

SeedTwo Capital, which specializes in backing Vertical SaaS and AI companies between seed and Series A, said the investment aligns with its strategy of partnering with founder-led businesses that have demonstrated product-market fit, revenue traction, and clear growth opportunities.

The funding will support RobosizeME’s continued expansion within the global hospitality operations ecosystem, where hotel groups are increasingly adopting SaaS and AI solutions to standardize operations, improve profitability, and alleviate operational strain across multi-property portfolios.

Other participants in the round include Sparking Capital and BrightCap Ventures, which led the previous round, as well as Botanique Hospitality and several angel investors.

RobosizeME counts major hotel brands among its customers, including Design Hotels, The Dorchester Collection, GHA, Kempinski, Loews Hotels, Louvre Hotels Group, and Radisson Hotel Group. The company also emphasizes its security credentials, including ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI-DSS compliance, to ensure data protection and regulatory adherence across global deployments.
