Global e-commerce leader Rokt announced the acquisition of Canal to expand its product offerings. This enables partners to access third-party inventory from premium DTC brands without handling logistics, increasing relevant offers during transactions. The acquisition enables brands to reach new customers through performance-driven channels, enhancing Rokt’s existing suite with high-performing third-party products powered by Rokt Brain. Canal’s network includes 1,900 brands, such as Macy’s and SHEIN.
Founded in 2020 by Bennett Carroccio, Clay Schubiner, and Liam Kinney, the co-founders will join Rokt’s leadership and help develop the product. The move continues Rokt’s momentum, with projected revenue of over $600 million in 2024, up more than 40%, and plans to process 7.5 billion transactions in 2025. The Canal product will be rebranded as “Rokt Catalog” for suppliers and retailers.
