Rollins has announced the acquisition of Romex Pest Control, a fast-growing pest management provider headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah, as part of its ongoing expansion strategy across the United States.
Founded in 2016, Romex employs more than 200 team members and serves residential and commercial customers across four states. The company has built its business through a mix of door-to-door marketing and data-driven decision-making, while also emphasizing eco-friendly operations. It is ranked among the top 40 pest control companies according to PCT 100 rankings.
Rollins said the acquisition will provide entry into new regional markets while allowing Romex to continue operating under its existing brand. The move aligns with Rollins’ broader strategy of acquiring high-quality pest control businesses in a fragmented but growing industry.
Rollins, a global pest control provider serving more than 2.8 million customers across multiple continents, operates a wide portfolio of brands and employs approximately 22,000 people across more than 850 locations worldwide.

While joining our portfolio of brands will enable Romex to further scale operations and expand service offerings to existing customers, they will maintain their brand identity given their strong reputation as a high-quality, customer-focused business in the areas in which they operate.”

“The acquisition of Romex is another example of our successful M&A playbook in action. We continue to add high-quality businesses to our premier portfolio of brands through a disciplined and strategic approach. The runway for continued growth from acquisitions remains solid, supported by a robust pipeline of opportunities that exist in a highly fragmented and growing market.”

“We didn’t choose Rollins because they were one of the biggest names in the industry. We chose them because they share the same commitment to our customers and communities with which we’ve built our business. Our Romex customers will see the same faces, the same service, and the same standards, with even more resources behind them.”
