With 20+ years advising clients on public and private acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings in Asia and around the world, Perks brings expertise in multiple industries, including life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, industrials, and technology. He has led numerous landmark international deals, such as Geely’s $9 billion acquisition of a 9.69% stake in Daimler, the largest-ever Chinese investment in Germany.
Based in Hong Kong, Perks will also have a regular presence in Tokyo as a key member of the team supporting Japanese clients.
