Rosenwald Private Wealth Joins Indivisible Partners, Forming $1.1 Billion Advisory Firm

Rosenwald Private Wealth joined Indivisible Partners, forming an independent advisory firm that manages about $1.1 billion in assets.

The Baltimore-based team is led by Beth Rosenwald, Matthew Kunkel, and Leksi Kovalerchik.

The six-person advisory group serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families.

The move allows Rosenwald Private Wealth to operate independently while maintaining the same team and client-focused approach it has developed over nearly three decades.

The practice provides investment management and comprehensive financial planning covering retirement, trusts and estates, charitable giving, risk management, tax strategy, and wealth transfer.

Indivisible Partners will provide operational infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology resources, family office capabilities, strategic support, and other services.

Rosenwald Private Wealth will retain its own identity and continue managing its client relationships.

Indivisible operates as an advisor-owned growth partnership designed to support independent wealth management teams.
