Rox Capital Partners announced the acquisition of Interstate Threaded Products, a manufacturer of specialty threaded fasteners serving critical industrial markets across North America. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition marks the launch of Rox’s industrial fastener platform, which the private equity firm plans to expand through organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions.
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Interstate Threaded Products has supplied specialty threaded fasteners to customers in infrastructure, power generation, construction, telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, and agriculture since its founding in 1973. The company has built a reputation for manufacturing expertise, product quality, and responsive customer service.
Rox said it intends to support Interstate Threaded Products through investments in personnel, operational capabilities, and growth initiatives while maintaining the company’s focus on quality and customer relationships.
Rick Stone will remain President of Interstate Threaded Products and will continue leading the business during its next stage of growth.
