Royal Van Leeuwen has acquired the global business activities of Corrotherm International, expanding its offering in specialist nickel alloy products for energy-related applications. Corrotherm, founded in 1992, supplies nickel alloy seamless pipes, fittings and flanges to international customers, including those in oil and gas and the petrochemical industry.

Royal Van Leeuwen said the acquisition brings Corrotherm’s operations and assets into its organization as of January 2026, including its office, warehouse, inventory and specialist team in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. The Amersfoort location will become the operational base for Corrotherm International’s global activities within Royal Van Leeuwen.

The company characterized Corrotherm’s product set as a niche addition to its broader materials portfolio, and said the combination is intended to strengthen its value proposition for customers in the energy sector by pairing specialized alloy expertise with Van Leeuwen’s global capabilities.

Royal Van Leeuwen added that the transaction aligns with its strategy to expand and reinforce its market position across countries and segments through a mix of acquisitions and organic growth.
