RPM announced the appointment of Mario Paluzzi as Chief Product and Strategy Officer, effective November 1, 2025. The company, a non-asset-based logistics provider specializing in finished vehicle and freight transportation, announced that the new leadership role will strengthen its commitment to building a unified product organization and scaling its digital platform as the automotive logistics sector undergoes rapid transformation.
Paluzzi brings over 15 years of experience in product management, digital strategy, and platform development across various technology, logistics, and SaaS organizations. He has led teams in building scalable product frameworks, aligning engineering strategy with customer needs, and developing data-driven product roadmaps to drive growth.
In his role, Paluzzi will report directly to John Perkovich, President of RPM North America. He will lead the development of a multi-year product strategy that aligns delivery execution with operational priorities across RPM’s business lines, including OEM, retail, and remarketing, and automotive freight. A key focus will be on establishing standardized processes that enhance visibility, prioritization, and performance metrics across the product organization.
Paluzzi’s appointment follows recent executive hires, including Chief Technology Officer Binu Panicker and Chief Commercial Officer Walt Piekarski. The three leaders are expected to work in close alignment, with Panicker shaping technology architecture, Paluzzi defining the product vision and strategy, and Piekarski overseeing commercial execution in the market.
RPM leadership emphasized that the new executive structure is designed to support the company’s hypergrowth strategy, strengthen alignment between technology and market needs, and reinforce its position in the evolving logistics landscape.
RPM is backed by Trive Capital and Bluejay Capital. The company provides logistics services across the automotive ecosystem, offering a flexible and technology-driven model that spans over-the-road, rail, port, and sea transportation.
