Rubicon Management Consultants announced that it has completed the acquisition of ArMur Consulting, a specialized operations consulting firm known for its proprietary operational excellence and business efficiency frameworks. The transaction is designed to strengthen Rubicon’s capabilities in complex business transformations and expand its industry expertise.
The acquisition adds deep sector knowledge in chemicals and mining to Rubicon’s portfolio while also enhancing the firm’s presence in heavy manufacturing and private equity value creation. ArMur’s experience in lean management, inventory optimization, post-merger integration, and operational improvement is expected to complement Rubicon’s broader consulting platform.
