Rubin Rudman Expands Corporate Practice With Addition Of Julia Royce In Boston

Rubin Rudman announced that Julia Royce has joined the firm’s Corporate, Business and Tax Practice as an associate, further strengthening its capabilities in corporate and transactional matters. Royce joins the Boston-based law firm from Sherin and Lodgen.

Royce advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters and will continue focusing her practice on serving businesses across multiple industries. Her experience includes entity formation, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and liquor licensing matters.

At Rubin Rudman, Royce will support the firm’s work with closely held businesses, startups, emerging growth companies, family-owned enterprises, mid-sized companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and financial institutions throughout New England and across the United States.

Royce has been recognized by Massachusetts Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2023 through 2026. She is also a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Royce earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2021, where she served as Chief Managing Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. She received her bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina University in 2018.

During law school, Royce served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Timothy Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also participated in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project as a fellow, teaching constitutional law and oral advocacy to local high school students.
