Ryan has completed its acquisition of Svalner Atlas Advisors, expanding the global tax services provider across the Nordic and Benelux markets.
Stockholm-based Svalner Atlas is an independent tax and transaction advisory firm serving more than 4,000 clients across five countries.
Approximately 500 Svalner Atlas team members will join Ryan, with the combined European footprint including offices across Sweden, the Netherlands, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
Svalner Atlas has offices in Stockholm, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen, Gothenburg and Turku.
The acquisition broadens Ryan’s regional tax and transaction advisory capabilities for European and multinational clients while advancing its international expansion strategy.
Existing Svalner Atlas clients will continue working with their current teams during the integration, while employees will gain access to expanded opportunities across the broader Ryan organization.
Following the transaction, Ryan has more than 7,100 professionals and associates serving over 74,000 clients in more than 80 countries.
