Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Tylertown, Mississippi, Bounds Construction II has built a reputation for quality execution, strong safety performance, and reliable project delivery. The company serves clients across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Mississippi and is known for its expertise in substation and switchyard foundations, piling services, and other specialty foundation solutions essential to the development of grid and industrial infrastructure.
The acquisition expands Saber Power’s vertically integrated service capabilities by adding civil construction expertise to its existing engineering and electrical infrastructure offerings. By bringing Bounds’ capabilities in-house, Saber Power will be able to self-perform critical early-phase work on electrical infrastructure projects, helping improve schedule certainty, cost control, and overall project execution.
Saber Power provides end-to-end services across utility, renewable energy, battery storage, industrial, petrochemical, and related infrastructure markets. The company uses an engineering-led approach to designing, constructing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining medium and high voltage electrical systems and serves clients locally, nationally, and internationally.
