SageSpring Wealth Partners announced the addition of five new equity partners. The new partners are Chase Keen, Senior Vice President; Daniel Peterman, Senior Executive Vice President; Jason Plunkett, Senior Vice President; Ryan Terry, Senior Vice President; and Jackson Wilcox, Senior Vice President.

At SageSpring, partners hold an ownership stake in the firm and help shape its long-term direction, culture, and growth.

The firm said new partners are selected through a rigorous evaluation process that considers leadership, business impact, alignment with SageSpring’s values, and dedication to serving clients.

SageSpring’s ownership model is designed to align the interests of the firm, its advisors, and its clients by giving advisors ownership opportunities within their practices and across the broader organization.

The firm said expanding equity participation reinforces its commitment to thoughtful growth, advisor development, and a client-first approach without proprietary products or outside distractions.

The new equity partners will continue serving clients while also contributing to SageSpring’s strategic direction, advisor development, and continued growth as an independent registered investment advisor firm.

Since becoming advisor-owned in 2021, SageSpring has welcomed nine new equity partners.

Founded in 2002, SageSpring Wealth Partners is an independent fiduciary wealth management firm focused on holistic financial planning and long-term client relationships.
