SAI360 Acquires Plural Policy To Expand AI Regulatory Intelligence Capabilities

SAI360 has acquired Plural Policy, an AI-driven regulatory intelligence company specializing in analyzing legislative and regulatory text at scale. The deal strengthens SAI360’s AI-native compliance capabilities at a time when global regulatory change is becoming more rapid, fragmented, and complex across industries.

Plural Policy’s team brings deep expertise in applying and tuning large language models to interpret policy and legislative materials. By integrating Plural’s technology with SAI360’s Regulatory Compliance Management module, organizations will gain earlier visibility into regulatory changes, improved accuracy in obligation analysis, and better alignment between emerging rules and internal compliance requirements.

SAI360 said the acquisition is designed to help customers anticipate, understand, and respond to regulatory developments before they take effect. The combined platform aims to reduce manual analysis, enhance contextual interpretation of laws, and support more proactive compliance strategies.

Plural Policy’s AI models are trained specifically on legislative and regulatory language, enabling fast identification of key themes, comparison of version changes, and detection of meaningful shifts in policy. Integrating this capability directly into SAI360 expands the company’s long-term roadmap for AI-driven compliance technology.

The acquisition also underscores STG’s commitment to advancing SAI360’s platform through specialized AI capabilities designed to address the rising volume, velocity, and complexity of global regulations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
