Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Doti, an agentic enterprise search company known for its work in unified search and knowledge discovery. The acquisition will expand Salesforce’s AI R&D hub in Israel and accelerate the development of a unified, agentic search experience across the company’s platform.

By incorporating Doti’s technology and team, Salesforce aims to enhance its enterprise search foundation and build a single agentic search layer that connects data and insights across products. Slack will serve as the conversational interface for this next-generation capability, enabling employees and AI agents to collaborate and access information more efficiently.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
