Salesforce announced Agentic Advisor, an AI-powered solution built natively in Agentforce for Financial Services.
Agentic Advisor is designed to act as a digital teammate for financial advisors and wealth managers by automating routine administrative tasks and helping professionals spend more time building client relationships.
Salesforce said wealth management professionals often lose a significant portion of their day to manual administrative work. The company said this challenge is becoming more urgent as advisor retirements, the Great Wealth Transfer, and shifting client expectations create new capacity and retention pressures across the industry.
Agentic Advisor is intended to move beyond traditional point solutions and generic AI copilots by embedding autonomous digital teammates directly into advisor workflows. The system connects to business data, firm workflows, and governance frameworks so it can actively support work across the advisor lifecycle.
The platform is built around a human-in-the-loop model, with financial professionals remaining the final decision-makers, reviewers, and relationship strategists. Salesforce said the system is designed to support regulatory requirements, compliance controls, and human oversight.
Agentic Advisor includes six purpose-built capabilities designed to support advisor productivity and client engagement.
Meeting Concierge, which is generally available in June 2026, automates parts of the meeting lifecycle by preparing advisors with client context, capturing real-time interactions, drafting summaries for advisor approval, assigning tasks, and updating records.
Run My Day, expected to become generally available in July or August 2026, is an intelligent workspace designed to prioritize key signals, opportunities, and tasks so advisors can focus on the most important client and business needs.
Enhanced Client Details Page, also expected in July or August 2026, provides an agentic-powered view of clients and related household members. It combines financial data, relationship context, activity history, life events, goals, accounts, and holdings into a unified advisor view.
Salesforce said additional upcoming capabilities include Connector Library, Book of Business Insights, and Anywhere Advisor. Connector Library will provide prebuilt integrations with financial systems, custodians, and enterprise applications. Book of Business Insights will surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities across an advisor’s book. Anywhere Advisor will bring advisor workflows into environments such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Agentforce for Financial Services.
Salesforce said Agentic Advisor is included in Agentforce for Financial Services and Agentforce 1 Edition for Financial Services products. The company said the solution is designed to help financial services organizations reduce administrative work, improve advisor efficiency, support compliance, and scale high-touch client relationship management.
The company also said the agentic operating model can support broader financial services use cases across wealth management, insurance, banking, risk, legal, compliance, and enterprise technology teams.
KEY QUOTES:
“Most AI offerings in the wealth management space are designed to handle a specific task, whether that’s meeting prep, note-taking, or client summaries. Agentic Advisor takes a fundamentally different approach, operating across the full advisor lifecycle within the firm’s own data and governance framework. That evolution from point solution to integrated platform has the potential to make AI a more foundational part of how firms operate and serve their clients.”
Ashley Longabaugh, Head of Wealth Management at Celent
“One of the most surprising realizations in wealth management is that AI may ultimately make financial advice more personal, not less. We’re already seeing early impact through our initial deployment of Agentforce for Financial Services, helping reduce administrative friction across advisor workflows, and we’re excited to explore additional use cases to help our team reduce manual work, better prepare for meetings, capture key client insights and create more space for meaningful human connection.”
Justin Mikhalevsky, CTO of EP Wealth Advisors
“We’re redefining what high-touch relationship management means in the age of AI. You need more than AI that assists, you need one that acts. Agentic Advisor gives advisors back the time they’ve been losing to administrative noise and puts them where they belong: in front of clients building trust and driving growth. Together, these capabilities serve as the foundation for a new operating model for high-touch relationship management, with applications that extend across other sectors like insurance and banking. The firms that move now will set the standard.”
Eran Agrios, SVP and GM of Financial Services at Salesforce
