Sanctuary Wealth has added three senior executives as the hybrid registered investment advisor expands specialized capabilities for independent advisory firms across estate planning, mergers and acquisitions and organic growth.
Harry Drozdowski has joined as Managing Director of Advanced Estate & Wealth Planning, Reilly Cornell as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Kelly LaPalio as Vice President of Advisor Growth Marketing.
Drozdowski will support advisors serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, helping firms evaluate estate, trust and legacy planning strategies as well as business structure and succession considerations.
He brings nearly two decades of legal and wealth-planning experience and most recently served as Executive Director and Private Wealth Strategist at Wells Fargo, where he advised some of the firm’s largest relationships on estate, tax and wealth-planning matters. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
Cornell will focus on Sanctuary’s M&A strategy and transaction execution.
She will work with existing Partner Firms and external RIAs to source, evaluate and execute acquisitions that can support growth and succession objectives.
Cornell previously served as a Principal on the M&A team at Bluespring Wealth Partners, where she evaluated more than 100 acquisition opportunities and completed more than 15 wealth management transactions. Earlier, she worked in Citi’s Investment Banking division.
LaPalio will develop and scale organic-growth programs across Sanctuary’s advisor network.
Her responsibilities include helping firms sharpen market positioning and use digital marketing, content and lead-generation programs to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
She brings more than 20 years of experience and has held leadership roles at FocusPoint Solutions, Avantax and Hightower.
The appointments deepen Sanctuary’s Partnered Independence model, which provides independent advisors with integrated technology, operations, marketing and other infrastructure while allowing them to maintain greater control over their businesses.
Sanctuary said the new hires are intended to support advisors at multiple stages of firm development, including serving increasingly complex clients, making acquisitions, driving organic growth and planning succession.
KEY QUOTE:
“Harry, Reilly and Kelly bring the experience and perspective to help advisors address more complex client needs, pursue new avenues for growth and prepare their businesses for what comes next.”
“Whatever direction their businesses take, we want them to have the expertise, capabilities and support to follow the path that best fits their goals and the needs of their clients.”
