Sandisk announced it has appointed Alexander R. Bradley to its board of directors and named him to the board’s audit committee, expanding the company’s independent oversight as it positions itself for long-term growth in the memory and flash solutions market.
Bradley has served as chief financial officer of First Solar since 2016. He joined First Solar in 2008 and previously held leadership roles including vice president of treasury and vice president of project finance, where he worked on structuring and financing large-scale solar projects internationally.
Before First Solar, Bradley worked in investment banking and leveraged finance at HSBC in both London and New York, with a focus on the energy and utilities sector. He also served as an officer and board member of the general partner of 8point3 Energy Partners. Bradley holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Edinburgh.
Following the addition, the company’s board consists of eight directors, seven of whom are external and independent.
