SAP and Palantir have expanded their strategic partnership to introduce new AI‑supported data migration capabilities designed to help enterprises modernize their core systems and advance toward SAP’s vision of the Autonomous Enterprise. Announced at SAP Sapphire, the collaboration brings together SAP’s agent‑led migration toolchain and Business AI with Palantir’s AIP to simplify and accelerate some of the most complex data migration scenarios facing global organizations.
The enhanced partnership is aimed at helping joint customers move to SAP Cloud ERP with greater speed, security and confidence. By embedding AI across the migration lifecycle, SAP and Palantir are enabling organizations to automate analysis, planning, remediation, testing and impact assessment—shifting the focus from tracking project timelines to generating measurable business value at every stage of transformation. SAP customers can now use Palantir’s AIP for data migration scenarios alongside SAP’s new migration and modernization assistants and business transformation tools.
Accenture is joining the initiative as the first global strategic services partner, helping clients translate these capabilities into large‑scale, business‑led modernization programs. Together, SAP, Palantir and Accenture aim to help enterprises identify acceleration opportunities across SAP and non‑SAP systems earlier, achieve faster time‑to‑value and drive continuous innovation by redefining how organizations approach SAP Cloud ERP migrations.
SAP is also introducing new validated deployment options. Palantir AIP for data migration scenarios is now available as an SAP Endorsed App, with an SAP Solution Extension planned for general availability in Q3 2026. The extension will combine SAP’s deep expertise in mission‑critical business processes and semantically rich data with Palantir’s AI platform to securely accelerate complex migrations and deliver more intelligent, data‑driven outcomes.
Together, SAP and Palantir are reframing data migration from a traditionally complex, resource‑intensive process into a catalyst for faster value realization and enterprise‑wide innovation.
