Savant Wealth Management has announced a partnership with Heller Wealth Management, bringing approximately $550 million in assets under management into the national firm and expanding its footprint in New York.
The transaction, which closed on March 31, 2026, adds a second New York office for Savant and strengthens its presence on Long Island. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1992, Heller Wealth Management has built its business around long-term client relationships and comprehensive financial planning, serving individuals, families, business owners, and retirees. The firm also provides retirement plan services to businesses.
As part of the deal, founder Larry Heller and leadership team members Greg Moss, Belinda Tsui, and Ian Heller have joined Savant as member-owners, while the rest of the staff transitioned to Savant employees. The team will continue operating from its Melville, New York office.
The partnership aligns two firms with a shared focus on fiduciary advice and planning-led wealth management. Heller clients will retain their existing advisory relationships while gaining access to expanded capabilities across tax, estate, trust, and broader financial planning services.
With the addition of Heller Wealth Management, Savant now operates 66 offices across 26 states and manages approximately $50 billion in assets under management, alongside $1.9 billion in assets under advisement.
