SBG Funding has surpassed $3 billion in financing delivered to more than 28,000 U.S. small businesses since its founding in 2017, as the company continues to report rapid growth in annual originations.
The New York City-based financing company originated $867 million during the first nine months of 2026, already exceeding the $794 million originated during all of 2025. SBG Funding said it is on pace to originate approximately $1.15 billion for the full year.
The company’s growth has accelerated significantly in recent years. Annual originations increased from $189 million in 2022 to $422 million in 2024 and $794 million in 2025. SBG Funding originated $7.9 million during its first months of operation in 2017.
Alongside the financing milestone, SBG Funding introduced a new brand identity centered on the tagline “Capital That Keeps Up” and launched a redesigned website. The positioning emphasizes fast, flexible, and responsible financing for established small businesses with steady revenue.
SBG Funding provides capital for purposes including payroll, equipment purchases, working capital, and other operational needs. Through a single application, business owners can be matched with revenue-based financing, term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, invoice financing, or SBA financing of up to $10 million.
The company said financing decisions typically arrive within 24 hours and applying does not affect an owner’s credit score. Each applicant works with a dedicated adviser who manages the process from application through funding.
SBG Funding operates as both a direct provider of revenue-based financing and a marketplace connecting businesses with financing products through a broader lender network. The company serves businesses across all 50 states, with significant activity in construction, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, food and beverage, and trucking and transportation.
Customers have completed more than 64,000 financing transactions with SBG Funding, including repeat transactions from businesses returning for additional capital. The company said its adviser model allows returning clients to work with people who are already familiar with their businesses and cash flow patterns.
SBG Funding was also named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the fifth consecutive year in 2026, ranking No. 778.
KEY QUOTES:
“Small businesses don’t schedule their opportunities. A contractor wins a bid on Monday and needs equipment by Friday, or a restaurant’s walk-in cooler fails in the middle of July. Capital That Keeps Up is our promise that the money moves as fast as those owners do, and after more than 64,000 transactions, we know what that takes.”
Jeffrey Sachs, Founder And CEO Of SBG Funding
“When a customer comes back for more capital, their adviser already knows the business. That’s a big reason the second decision is often faster than the first.”
Adam Block, Vice President Of Sales And Operations At SBG Funding
